Refund and Cancellation Policy

Overview

We aim to provide high-quality watch repair and restoration services to all of our customers. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your service, we offer the following refund and cancellation policy.

Cancellation of Services

  1. Cancellation Before Service Begins:

    • If you wish to cancel your service request before the repair process has started, please contact us as soon as possible. You will be eligible for a full refund of the service fee paid, minus any applicable processing or shipping fees.

  2. Cancellation After Service Begins:

    • If work has already started on your watch (including disassembly or any form of work), the service fee is non-refundable. You will be charged for any labor and materials used up to the point of cancellation. The balance will be refunded if applicable.

  3. Mail-in Services:

    • For mail-in repair services, once we have received your watch and assessed it, you may cancel the service request. If the assessment has been completed and any work has started, the cancellation will be subject to the same conditions as cancellations after the service begins.

Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued only if the service you paid for was not completed as promised or if the quality of the service was not satisfactory. In the case of unsatisfactory service, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the repaired item to discuss the issue.

  2. Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, please contact us via email at info@TimepieceFixPro.com. Please provide your order details, including your name, contact information, and the reason for your request. We will review your case and respond within 5-7 business days.

  3. Refund Method:

    • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on the payment method.

  4. Partial Refunds:

    • In cases where only partial services were rendered, or if you are returning a product (such as a replacement strap), a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed or the condition of the returned item.

Non-Refundable Services

  1. Customizations: Any work involving customizations (e.g., engraving, custom dial work) is non-refundable once completed.

  2. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the service was not performed or there was an error on our part.

  3. Service Fees for Completed Work: Once a repair or maintenance service has been completed, the service fee is non-refundable. We recommend reviewing the details and quotes before approving the work.

Exceptions

  • Damaged or Lost Items: While we take great care in handling your timepieces, we are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during shipping (for mail-in services). We recommend using trackable shipping methods and insurance for valuable watches.

  • Quality of Service: If you believe the quality of the service does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues, including offering a redo or partial refund if the problem is due to our error.
